Grown up with dogs (hunting dogs and half breeds from various emergencies) I began to be interested in Mastiffs in the early 70s. After having waited for 2 years I got my first bitch ISABELLA V.D.IRCOMARA,a daughter of the English male BOURNWOOD BRIGADIER. ISABELLA was an excellent show-bitch, a good-natured companion of my horses and trainer of my second bitch ABIGALE OF THE CHEVIOT HILLS. She never got any offspring.

| ABIGALE, granddaughter of legendary HOLLESLEY MEDICIN MAN became important not only as a show dog but also as a breeding bitch in the 80s. From her 3 litters ALKIS, ARGUS, ARTUS and BRAHMA OF SEVEN OAKS became famous champions.Good old Abigale reached the age of 13,5 years, her son AMADEUS became even 14,5 years-an outstanding age for the mastiff breed. Since 1987 I work together with Mr. Dieter Lessner having also a lot of experience in dog-breeding.
Since then we have bred many champions in 55 litters within more than 30
years of breeding. In our breeding program we combine old continental and English
bloodlines (FARNABY, BULLIFF) with ‘a little bit’ American (DEER RUN, HIS MAJESTY) and
Russian/French (DU RANC DE BANNES) blood.
During the 90s big international shows were dominated by the ‘mother-son-team’ HERA DEA OF SEVEN OAKS and MACBETH OF SEVEN OAKS. MACBETH became a legend with his photo in many books and one of the most successful Mastiffs in Europe ever. He sired not only wonderful litters but he was shining in the ring specially with his daughter DIVA V.D.FREEZING WRINCKLES! We were lucky to get from the mating of DIVA, best bitch of the year in 2000+2001 in
Germany (all shows under British judges) with CH LAZYBONES LINCOLN wonderful dogs such as QUINTUS,QUEEN VICTORIA’SHIVA’ and QUEEN
BETH ’CORA’, all doing great in shows as well as in breeding. QUINTUS’ sons, specially ZETHOS + ZEUS OF SEVEN
OAKS (WJW,Mastiff of the year2004), and ARTHUR OF SEVEN OAKS (Europe Winner, German Bundessieger, Clubwinner GER +NL, INT.CH
etc.) were well known at that time. Arthur’s daughter BIUNDA- Mastiff of the year 2007+2008 and even BOB of the 100 year German Jubilee show under well known judges from England was winning veteran classes in a row until an age of over 10! HULK HOGAN, dominating the shows most of all in 2008-2010 all over Western Europe (CW Germany, NL,B,DK etc.) influenced breeding a lot, not only in Germany but in NL as well, where he was sire of the 1. SEASIDEMASTIFF’S litter and also sire of 2 litters at ROYAL CLUB KENNEL, where some of his offspring became really famous. Our ‘litter pick’ TALEA AMARETTO OF THE ROYAL CLUB became World Junior Winner in 2010 and WORLD WINNER in 2012, added to this she got a lot of big titles, BOB’s all over Europe and Clubwinner- titles! She finished her show career in favour of her lovely daughter OCTAVIA BIONDA OF SEVEN OAKS, at present winner of some of the most prominent shows in Europe under international experienced judges. Her younger sister QUICKSILVER OF SEVEN OAKS ‘LUCIA’, living in the U.K., is already English Champion and Clubwinner OEMC 2015 at a rather young age! Sire of both ladies is our impressive stud BARDOLYNN’S IGNATIUS ‘LEOPOLD’ bred by Bas Bosch. HULK HOGAN’S grand-children MAXIMA & MISS MOLLY OF SEVEN OAKS, litter sisters, added to this KIM OF SEVEN OAKS, (BIUNDA’s daughter) are both prominent as show dogs and breeding bitches and carry our good old breeder’s name into the future. Young lady WANDA OF SEVEN OAKS, daughter of CH OCTAVIA & CH SEASIDEMASTIFF’S CAPUO is already Junior Clubwinner, Junior Europe Winner and Junior CH Club+VDH entered only at 3 shows! She is very promising youngster. We are proud to have bred the 1. German Import Mastiff winning Crufts and being TOP MASTIFF FEMALE 2015 & 2016: QUICKSILVER OF SEVEN OAKS FOR LYGONHALL. Her sister OCTAVIA is still one of the leading Mastiffs on the continent and Octavia’s daughter Wanda is going to follow: shown 4x in big international shows and 3x a winner (1x BOB, 1xBOS) in adult classes. After bringing up a big litter WANDA became 2017 EUROPE WINNER (BOB) in May and with this last ticket her title as a GERMAN CHAMPION! The result of the mating JÖRGEN MADE OF STEEL DU RANC DE BANNES X WANDA OF SEVENE OAKS was an excellent litter of 12 puppies. Our keepers BESS &BRUTUS OF SEVEN OAKS are doing fine at shows, Junior CH both of them and BRUTUS awarded even the World Junior Champion 2017 on his very first show with 11 months of age! Meanwhile- he will be 3 in November 2019- he is already German Champion and Clubwinner BE and GER 2019! He went BOB on all prestigious shows this year. His daughter ELAINE OF SEVEN OAKS out of lovely apricot Charming Gaia From The Proud Family is a big winner as well: German Junior Champion, Club Junior CH GER and Best Junior on 4 out of 6 big events she was entered with only 12,5 months of age! Our ‚Kindergarten‘- group of BRUTUS‘ children- is completed by brindle ALAN VOM DREIGLEICHENBLICK( *2018-11-16 out of Olivia Penon De Ifach),fawn girl PIA LIBERTEE BORDEAUX(*2019-03-28 out of Monalisa Du Domaines De Straz) and apricot baby GEORGE OF SEVEN OAKS( *2019-05-19 out of Charming Gaia From The Proud Family). At present Multi CH GEORGE and Pia’s CH daughters IVY,ISSA KARA and WJW Leonidas are doing very well in the showring and in breeding. CH GEORGE’S offspring is successful as well all over Europe and in the US. However, more important than show results we estimate health and good nature of our dogs as members of our group that live together in a big family, not being separated in kennels, all temperament tested and fully health checked. Molosserclub (VDH/FCI) I worked more than 25 years for the breed also as a responsible for breeding and rescue and I still love to write as an author about Mastiffs. Our dogs are estimated as show dogs and dogs for breeding purpose as well as pets and therapy dogs in many countries of the world.
